Tracing her roots back to the fort in St. Augustine in 1768, Susan is a "true Floridian"--descending from a long line of folks who believed in Florida real estate! Susan's father was a custom builder and later retired as a director of the HUD office here in Jacksonville. Her mother grew up in the San Marco area and is a graduate of Landon High School, where Susan also attended after years at Assumption School. She graduated from Englewood High and earned her BS degree from Florida State University, and she received her Florida Real Estate license in 1985. In her continuing commitment to education, she earned the professional designation of GRI in 1991. Susan's Jacksonville connection runs deep, and she is happy to be back here, in her own little cottage in the San Marco area, after having lived in Tallahassee, Miami, the Orlando area, Fort Myers, and Bradenton (on the south side of Tampa Bay, where she was awarded Million Dollar Producer status in the Better Homes and Gardens system of real estate offices). She returned to Jacksonville in 2004 to be "back home" permanently, near family and friends. Today, Susan combines her years of sales and marketing experience with her knowledge of interior design and architecture into a special approach to home buying and selling that she can personalize to meet your needs, and she would love to work on your project!
