A native of Jacksonville who grew up in south Georgia, Carol returned to Jacksonville in 1992 and says it felt like coming home. She received her Florida real estate license in 1994, and in 1995 she and Fred started Fred Miller Group. With over 35 years' business experience in various fields including banking, fundraising and public relations, Carol finds that "it's all about customer service. Whether you're marketing, fundraising or attracting businesses to relocate to your town, your approach to taking care of your customers' needs will set you apart from the rest of the crowd." Carol enjoys creating marketing pieces on the company's listings, and she loves working with Fred Miller Group's agents to assist them in providing great service and marketing to each of their customers. Although she works "behind the scenes," in 2006, she completed the Florida Real Estate Broker's course and received her broker's license.
Carol and Fred have three sons, Ted (Mary Claire), Nathan (Kat) and Matthew (Leah), and five grandchildren, and they love spending time with their family. She also enjoys several hobbies, including sewing, knitting and watercolor painting. She and Fred are involved with various activities at St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
