A longtime real estate sales specialist and former banking executive, Dee has been a licensed real estate broker in Jacksonville for nearly 30 years. She has worked as marketing director and sales agent for several large high-end condominium developments and also was president and co-owner of Ford-Fannin Realtors - a firm later acquired by Fred Miller Group.
She had a distinguished banking career with Barnett Banks Inc (now Bank of America) and was instrumental in the development and marketing of the automated teller machine (ATM) system. In addition, she was vice president and director of Corporate Communications for BancBoston Mortgage Corporation which included the areas of advertising, marketing, public relations, training and product development. She also owned an antiques business in Jacksonville and Savannah for many years.
Dee, an Atlanta native, has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia and has been affiliated with numerous community and professional organizations including the Downtown Neighborhood Council of Realtors, San Marco Preservation Society, Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), the Public Relations Association of America, the St Johns River Epilepsy Foundation, Learn to Read and Questers International, an antiques preservation association.
